Irrespective of whether you need a decorative revamp or a complete redesign and implementation; we can provide any or all of the services listed below: |

- initial concept development, (providing you with images / graphics indicating the ultimate style that the space will reflect)
- interior architecture and space planning, (detailed site survey followed by the development of options for how the space could be used)
- bespoke joinery design, (detailed drawings complete with dimensions and finishes, which can be used by a joiner for construction)
- lighting and electrical plans (showing exact placement of specific fittings, to be used by electricians)
- sourcing furniture fabrics, furniture, fittings, accessories etc
- decorations (selection of paints or specialist finishes for wall, woodwork etc)
- generation of tender packs to go to contractors - drawings and schedules and specifications of work (drawings, sanitary electrical and radiator schedules as well as detailed schedule of works goes out to builders to enable an accurate quote to be provided at the outset)
- administration of JCT minor works contracts with builders. (Ensuring that the builder delivers against the contract and is paid in stages related to the work carried out - can also invoke penalty clauses for late delivery at this point)
